Summer and the Spankmistress

Can the summer really almost be over? I can’t believe it! I remember the summers being endless as a child, stretching out in long days where we had day camp at our grade school in the mornings and swimming lessons at the beach every afternoon. The big excitement was getting a popsicle from the ice cream truck that waited on that long walk back to the car, because it didn’t happen very often. And now, the seasons race by and we focus on other things, my life skims by in two week chunks. I live in the now, I have a lot to do, and still, I’m making plans for fun in the fall and getting excited about it. Because it might still be hot, but that back to school feeling is upon me, the energy is rising and it’s time to work it, bitches:)

One of my callers was commenting on how we have changed and grown since he first started calling, and I was interested in what he was saying. So many Mistresses to choose from now, and yet he was impressed at how many of the ‘core group’ from his first association with us were still here. I’m proud of what each Mistress brings to all of us, through her presence in the chatrooms, her blogging and her audios, because it is so unique. Mistress Natalie, with her real affinity and affection for sissy babies. Miss Vivian, who brings a maturity and sensibility, as well as an sensual earthy humor that I just adore.  The real enjoyment Ms Elizabeth takes in humiliating and degrading her slaves is just unmatched by anyone I’ve ever met before, and yet she is full of fun.  And my girlie love, Ms Heather, who has created one of the most fun radio shows I’ve ever played, Mistresses against strokers, with affectionate insults and kissing up galore. Plus EIGHTIES MUSIC. So, yes, changes are inevitable in any company, but with Ally’s guidance, the changes at LDW have only made it a better place for our callers and chatters AND the ladies who love teasing them.:)
