A Commericial Post

How do I love thee, Amazon? Let me count the ways! I have been buying from Amazon for years now, and I could not love them more. I haven’t shopped in an actual bookstore for years, barring used bookstores. Have to shop in the used bookstores, because that’s where I dump the ones I don’t fall in love with and add to my ever growing library. Mostly, they give credit instead of cash, so I always have “money” to spend when I need a book fix. I mostly go with my housemate when we take a girl day, stopping by the used bookstore is usually part of it. And Sonic, for slushies and limeades. But I digress.

In addition to a huge selection, Amazon also offers discounts and their new Prime program, where for an annual fee, I get free two day shipping and overnight shipping for 3.99. I buy a LOT from them, this is SUCH a deal. Plus, they offer the Wishlist, which remains a very cool thing. I can select things that I would love to have and make a wishlist, other people who want to give me a little present can go there and buy it for me, without needing my address. Giftcards only require the recipient’s email address! People have been so sweet, I’ve had some beautiful gifts sent to me through Amazon, and it’s safe, too! But the most remarkable and dependable thing about Amazon is their customer service. They have always gone out of their way to take care of any problems I might have. Up to and including a lovely DVD that I got as a gift. Opened it, threw away the wrappings, put it on the shelf. Took it out to play for some young friends when they visited, and it was defective. At first, the CS people told me I had to have all these numbers, and when I said I didn’t have them, they just ignored it and repeated themselves. The second letter assured me that they were sorry for the frustration and would be sending a replacement via two day mail, along with a return mailing slip. GOOD people.

I trust and love Amazon because of this. Their customer service is beyond reproach and always takes care of me. Our company is the same way. I count on Ms Ally and Ms Tia to take care of not only me and my interests, but those of our callers. Any problem they ever have with billing or a call, I know that all I have to say is “Contact Ms Ally”. I’ve frequently been the go to girl at the places I’ve worked, I know that making an unhappy person happy is not easy. I believe that part of my position as a phone artist with LDW is to make sure very few people ever feel a need to call Ms Ally, unless it’s to sing my praises, of course:) I have noticed that even the men who need assistance with a problem keep calling, so I believe we are doing something very right here. We’re not as big as Amazon, but we’ve got a really great selection and ALL of our customer service is AMAZING, especially the kind you get when there is no trouble whatsoever!!

PS: Speaking of wishlists, did you know that a LOT of our callers read them to find out more information about the girls they are interested in? I thought that was so fun the first time I was told that my list was “sweet and sane”. And I’ve also been told that it loks like I have more than one personality….this is not a bad theory, actually:) For more of these lovely, if bizzare, ramblings, come listen to me on Cock Radio, and do visit our chatrooms, especially the interactive Cock Radio Chatroom. Be part of our show!!

Hugs,

Miss Tara
